Looking upstream from the bridge

The South Fork of the Spring River at the property flows from the southwest to the northeast. Using the bridge as the dividing line, the upstream side of the property is the southern section of the property, which is the smaller section at 3.23 acres. The northern downstream section is 6.41 acres. In all there is approximately 1,225 feet of river frontage - 400 feet on the upstream side, and 825 on the downstream side.

The property lines run to the low water mark, which has been precisely determined by survey. The main differences between the upstream and downstream sections is that the river channel narrows upstream. The upstream river bank is ledge rock instead of lawn. Above the ledge rock are camping sites along the driveway.
