Completed in January of 2007, the owner's home has 1,630 square feet heated and cooled upstairs, and 1,630 square feet heated and cooled downstairs, which is a fully finished walk-out basement. Construction is poured concrete foundations, log siding over frame, and green metal roofing.  Decks, both covered and open, surround the entire house. Two deck locations are built to hold spas.

The main floor has two full bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a great room combining kitchen, dining, and living room. Two bedrooms are on one end of the house separate from the master bedroom. One bathroom has a one-piece fiberglass shower tub. The master bathroom has a large titled walk-in shower with two shower heads and a tiled bench.

Environmental control is central electric heat and air conditioning. The floor-to-ceiling river stone wood-burning fire place can heat the entire upstairs floor. All windows are double pain with aluminum frames.

Upstairs flooring is vinyl in the bathroom, and laminate wood grain in the rest of the rooms. Walls are drywall with texture float. Ceilings are locally milled tongue and groove red cedar.

Downstairs has one bedroom, a large family room, a full bathroom, a furnace room, and a utility room with outside entrance.Downstairs floors are poured concrete without any covering.
