Units 8 & 9
These units are rented as either "sleeping rooms" or as full housekeeping units.
In between each unit is a full kitchen accessed from either unit via an interconnecting
locking door. Thus a large family or small group can rent both units and the kitchen as
one large unit. Or two fishermen can rent either of the rooms without the kitchen. Each
unit is one large room with a 3/4 bath having a shower stall. Both
units 8 and 9 are in one building measuring 14 feet wide by 56 feet long for a total of
790 sqft. The building, constructed in 1991, is on a poured concrete slab, has wood frame
walls and roof, and carpeted floors except for bathrooms and kitchens which have vinyl
floors. It has wood siding and an asphalt shingle roof. Windows are aluminum frame
insulated glass. |

Unit 8 sleeps up to
four persons in one double bed and two twin beds. Unit 8 has a small refrigerator,
microwave, color cable TV, and drip coffee maker. It is cooled by a wall unit air
conditioner and heated by electric baseboard. |

Kitchen between units 8 & 9, unit 9 in background
The Kitchen
between units 8 and 9 has a full size refrigerator with a large separate freezer bottom, a
full size four burner electric range with oven, breakfast bar, microwave, cabinets,
ceiling fan, drip coffee maker, tableware, and cookware. The kitchen can remain unrented
or be rented with either, or both units. |

Unit 9 seen from the kitchen
Unit 9 also sleeps up
to four persons in the guests' choice of either one king bed and two twin beds, or four
twin beds. The king bed is actually two twin beds with a mattress cap allowing either the
king or two twins configuration. Unit 9 has color cable TV but does not have a
refrigerator or microwave. This is because if guests want a kitchen, unit 9 and the
kitchen are what gets rented first. If all the guests want is a sleeping room, then unit 8
is rented. |
