Units 2 through 7
These six units are popular with guests because of the versatile sleeping arrangements, the lake views, and bright spacious rooms. Aside from the number and size of the beds in each, these units are all nearly identical. All have good lake views from inside the rooms. The three buildings housing units 1 through 7 are all in a row facing the lake.

All three buildings are 22' wide by 32' long for 720 sqft. of heated and cooled space. The rooms are each 360 sqft. in size.The foundations are all poured concrete slabs, walls and roofs are all wood frame with wood siding. Roofing is composite fiberglass and asphalt shingles.

Outside all units have wood decks with deck furniture and BBQ grills. There are outdoor electrical receptacles important to fishermen who need to charge batteries in their boats, which they park in the gravel parking sites in front of each unit.

Rooms in each building can be rented as separate units or as interconnecting rooms via a locking door between units. Units 2 and 3 are interconnecting rooms in one building. Units 4 and 5 are interconnecting rooms in the second building, and units 6 and 7 are interconnecting rooms in the third building.

All rooms have vaulted ceilings and windows in the gable ends. These windows lend cheerful brightness and spaciousness to the rooms. Walls are all solid knotty pine, ceilings are painted drywall, and the floors are carpeted except in the kitchen areas which have vinyl floors.

Each unit sleeps up to four persons and rents for about $55 to $65 per day depending on the number of people. Unit 2 & 3 each have 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 double sleeper sofa. Unit 4, 5, and 6 each have 2 double beds. Unit 7 has 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 double sleeper sofa.

All rooms are adjoining suites - units 6 & 7 shown. Bathroom door is
visible over near the lamp on the nightstand.
All six units have a 3/4 bath with shower stalls. They all have ceiling fans, color cable TV, ranges, refrigerators, tableware, cookware, microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, and cabinets. Heat is from propane wall furnaces, cooling is from wall unit air conditioners.  There is one hot water heater per building.
