Unit 10
This is a separate two bedroom one full bath cabin measuring 24 feet wide by 25 feet long
for a total of 600 sqft. heated and cooled. It is a favorite with guests because of its
two bedroom size. It was built in 1994 on a poured concrete slab with a wood framed walls
and roof. Flooring is carpet except the kitchen and bath which are vinyl. Siding is
masonite, roof is fiberglass asphalt composite shingles. Unit 10 has a living/dining area,
a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. |
Unit 10 kitchen
The kitchen has a full
size refrigerator with a separate freezer top, a four burner range with full size oven,
microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, tableware, cookware, and storage cabinets.

Unit 10 living room
| This is an all electric unit. Heating and cooling is
provided by three combination heating and cooling electric wall units - one in the living
room and one in each of the two bedrooms. This allows guests to control the temperatures
separately in their bedrooms. |
Unit 10 has 2 bedrooms
| Unit 10 sleeps up to six people and rents for between
$75 to $100 per day depending on the number of people. Each bedroom has a king bed which
is actually two twin beds with a mattress cap allowing the bed to be configured either as
a king bed or two twin beds. There is a double size sleeper sofa in the living room. |
