Owner's Home
This home is clean, well maintained, and well laid out. As small resort owner's residences go, this is one of the nicest. It has 2,256 heated and cooled square feet, 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, a large finished laundry room, a screened porch with lake view, and a two-car carport with cement drive.

The floor plan places the master bedroom suite at one end of the house, the other two bedrooms at the opposite end. The master bedroom includes a full bathroom with access to the living room. There is a second full bathroom next to the other two bedrooms, and a 1/2 bath in the laundry room.

Owner's Home Construction
The owner's home is a one story structure built partially on a cement slab and partially on a crawl space. Walls and roof are wood frame construction. Exterior walls are wood siding, the roof is composite asphalt and fiberglass shingles. Windows are wood frame insulated glass. Interior walls are mostly painted drywall with some wood paneling. Ceilings are painted dry wall.

In the recent past new carpeting was installed in the living room, dining area, office, and bathroom. The main part of the house, built in 1969, is heated and cooled by a heat pump which was rebuilt a few years ago. The addition containing the other two bedrooms was built in 1993. These bedrooms are cooled by individual wall unit air conditioners and electric baseboard heat.

This bedroom easily accommodates a king bed, night stands and other furniture and still leaves plenty of walking room. The master bathroom is out of the photo behind the photographer's position.
