Owners Home
The owners home is a 27' x 60', 3 bedroom, 2 full bath 1995 modular home with vinyl siding
and an asphalt composite shingle roof. The 12' x 27' wooden deck has a walkway
leading to the owner's parking area which includes a two-car 19' x 20' carport. The home
has central electric air conditioning, and central propane heat. It's well insulated and
needs no repairs.
The floor plan is a split bedroom design
having the master bedroom at one end with its full bathroom, and the other two bedrooms at
the other end with a full bathroom. |

Check-in area, kitchen entrance behind the
counter
| Walking in from the deck entrance brings you into the
check-in counter. This area was originally a utility room. The current owners built the
divider wall between the kitchen and the check-in counter for privacy. This privacy wall
is removable. The washer and dryer closet is left of the counter. |

| The kitchen has a full size 4 burner
propane range and oven, a side by side 19.7 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer with water and ice
dispenser, and a dishwasher. The doorway at the far end leads into the check-in room.

Immediately off the
kitchen is the living room and dining area. The home's second entrance is in the dining
area.
Two bedrooms are off the kitchen with
one full bath in between them. The master bedroom suite is located off the living room and
has large double doors. The large Master bath has a garden tub and a shower stall, Jack
and Jill sinks, and a walk-in closet. |
