This is a concrete block building housing two one
room efficiency type duplex units with full bathrooms. Each unit has it's own screened in
porch. The units are mirror images of each other, though decorated differently.
Units 1 and 2 each have 2 full beds. |

Both units are furnished with
toasters, coffeemakers, microwave ovens, TV with remote and DVD/VCR players, cookware,
tableware, and bed and bath linens. Each unit has newer model 4 burner propane ranges with
ovens and apartment size refrigerators with freezers. Both units are cooled by wall unit
air conditioners and heated by wall unit propane heaters. |
