Entrance to unit 6, which can also be part of
the owner's home
| Unit 6, the non-smoking unit, has 1 bedroom with
a queen bed, 1 bath (shower only), a fully furnished kitchen, wood burning fireplace with
insert, and central heat & A/C. The A/C was installed new in 2006 and is a mini-split
Carrier heating and cooling system. The open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining and
living area. The kitchen has a full size 4
burner propane range with oven, microwave, and full size refrigerator with separate
freezer top. The refrigerator and range were new in 2006. |

Unit six living/dining area
| The living room has a 52 HD satellite TV
and a DVD/VCR player, a full size sofa, and a queen size sleeper sofa. The sofas were new
in 2006. There is a BBQ grill outside. The screened-in porch overlooks the grounds. There
is a 2 person spa available for those staying in unit 6. |

Unit six has a fireplace. Open door is to
bedroom, other door is to porch

The cabinets behind the range can come out to
open the doorway into
the owner's dining room if you want a larger owner's area.
