Unit 5 is a 2 bedroom 1 full bath 14' wide x 50' long mobile home which was bought new and
installed in 2000. A separate septic system for this mobile was also
installed. Unit 5 has central propane heat with central electric air conditioning. It is
popular with guests because of its roomy layout. |

is to a bedroom.
| Fully furnished with a sleeper sofa in the
living room, unit 5 sleeps 6 people comfortably. Bedrooms in the mobile home are located
at opposite ends. One bedroom has a full size bed and the second bedroom has 1 twin
and 1 set of bunk beds. |

| The living room includes color TV with DVD/VCR.
washer/dryer set, A private deck with BBQ grill, patio table and chairs is just outside
the kitchen door. The kitchen has a full size 4 burner propane range
with oven and full size refrigerator with separate freezer top. A GE washer
and dryer set in the hallway is a feature guests use and appreciate. |
