Unit six, which is part of this building, is not visible as it is on the other side of the house.

A Two Bedroom Or Three Bedroom 2.75 Bath Home
The 2,200 square foot owner's home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a 3/4 bath in the master bedroom, the resort office, living room with wood burning stove, kitchen with breakfast area, formal dining room, a family room with a wood burning fireplace with insert, a Jacuzzi room, and a basement which is used as the laundry, storage, and utility room.

Satellite TV is installed in the house as well as in unit 6 and all other resort units.

Central electric air conditioning and central liquid propane gas provide economical heating and cooling. The rooms currently used for unit 6 have a new Carrier central heat and AC system. Ceiling fans circulate air in the dining room and all 3 bedrooms.

The floorplan is spread out so that all bedrooms have privacy. The master bedroom has large reach-in closets. The other two bedrooms also have closet space.

Owner's dining room. The large wood panel on the back wall can be
easily removed to make unit 6 part of the owner's home again. Open
door leads into the kitchen, 2nd bed/bath, basement, and rear entrance.

To make unit six the current owners partitioned off the large family room and the third bedroom. Unit six has it's own screened porch, two private entrances, and a bedroom. It also has a working fire place. However, for a family who needs the extra room, it is very easy to remove the wall between the dining room and unit six.

Improvements
A new air conditioning and heating unit was installed in 1995.  All plumbing and the hot water heater were replaced in 1997. Other improvements include new drywall in 1995 and new electrical wiring in 1995/1996. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 1999. Exterior improvements include a new roof in 1998, and new septic lateral lines for the house and cabins in 1997. The house also has all new thermopane vinyl windows.

Utility Rooms
A basement with cement floors offers both storage and a washer/dryer hookup. The main utility room with its own entrance is located off the rear kitchen entrance. The owners allow guests to use the washer and dryer for $3.

The flooring, cabinets, and fixtures are all in good condition. Electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and septic system are all currently in good condition to the best of the owners knowledge.

The  kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space. The breakfast bar accommodates 4 people very comfortably. The kitchen has a propane gas range and a dishwasher.  A reverse osmosis water system ensures pure, great tasting drinking water. The refrigerator, range, and microwave were all new in 2005.
