view deck. This gives children a place to play while parents relax on the deck. Cookouts
on the deck are a favorite with guests because of the playground and the view. |

| In all the current owners mow almost two acres
of yard area. The yards are all flat so yard games are something many guest families
enjoy. |
The pavilion, like the view deck, is a popular
cookout spot
| Yard games include a shuffleboard court, volley
ball, and horseshoes. The pavilion, used and enjoyed by guests as a
central gathering spot for cookouts and games, has 3 barbecue grills, 2 picnic tables, a
TV and VCR player, and a stereo. |

| The game room has a wall
unit air conditioner and electric heat. Games include a pool table, air hockey, fooz ball,
and darts. All games are non coin operated. The resort owns the pool table and the other
games. |
