The swim deck gets a lot of use!

Dock
The private illuminated covered dock is 7/10ths of a mile down a county-maintained dirt
road from the resort property. Constructed of wood the dock is 22' wide X 70' feet long
and has 3 large boat slips. It has a new all-metal rolling gang plank. New anchors and
cables were installed in 2006. There are electrical outlets at each stall. A storage
locker and a fish cleaning station with running water are conveniences used by guests who
fish and boat. A boat launch next to the dock can be used by guests, or they can also
launch at the public launch which is two miles away. |

| This part of Bull Shoals lake is known for its
quiet beauty. Fishing is better because fishing pressure is lighter here. Water skiing is
popular here due to predictable smooth waters and low boating traffic. Many guests come to
this resort only to enjoy the peace and quiet. |

Rental Boats
Four rental boats come with the property: an 18 foot pontoon
boat with a 50hp outboard; a ski boat with a 70hp outboard, and two fishing boats with
20hp outboard motors. There are also 3 electric trolling motors and another aluminum
fishing boat in need of paint included in the sale. |
