Owner's Home & Office
The 1,600 sq. ft. owner's home has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The office and store is located at the front of the building. The store inventory is included in the sale price and includes fishing tackle, basic groceries, soda, ice cream, and ice. Two freezers and a commercial cooler are included. The office has two doors, one entering from the outside, and one from the living room.

The living room has a woodburning fireplace with stainless steel flue and wood insert, which the current owners use for heat. There is a gas furnace, but the owners have not used it for several years, but can be used after a basic servicing. The home is cooled by central air conditioning. The refrigerator, range, washer, and dryer are included in the sale. The house has a partial basement for storage.

The house has been well maintained. A new roof was installed in 2002, the exterior was painted in 2004. The kitchen range is a glass top electric that is one year old. The refrigerator and water heater are 2 years old, and the dishwasher and washing machine are 3 years old.
