Cabin 14
Unit 14 with vacant land between it and Unit 10
Unit 14 is a 2 bedroom, 1 full bath mobile
home on a permananet foundation and a with a frame built addition with basement. As was
the case with Units 10 and 11, this used to be a private residence. It was purchased for
use as a resort rental and for the extra land. It has a carport and a porch.
Kitchen half of the sleeping/kitchen area
The kitchen/dining/sleeping area has a full size 4 burner gas
range with oven and a new lighted vent over range, a full size refrigerator with separate
freezer top, a 6 place dinette set, double stainless sink, microwave, coffeemaker, and a 2
slice toaster. The kitchen has a new counter top.
Sleeping half of the sleeping/kitchen area
The sleeping area has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. The
hallway, sleeping area, and both bedrooms are carpeted. The walls are wood paneling
throughout. The kitchen and bathroom have linoleum flooring.
Living room addition with basement
The addition is the living room which has a sliding glass
door opening onto the deck. This room is heated by a propane wall furnance, and cooled by
a wall unit AC unit. Carpeting and furniture are new.
Bedroom 1, bedroom 2 similar
The back bedroom has 1 full pillow top bed and a reach-in
closet. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a reach-in closet.

The basement is located under the addition. It
houses the well pump and is presently bieng used for storage. The basement can be accessed
from either inside or outside entrances.
The mobile sits on a permanent foundation and
has a vented crawl space. For protection and insulation shingle a roof-over structure
covers the mobile. The living room has it's own full basement.
Heating for the main unit is by central propane,
cooling is central electric. Unit 14 has it's own well and septic system.
