Unit 12 is a one room studio with a 3/4 bath.
It has 2 full size beds with new pillow top mattresses, and 1 queen futon. New appliances
include a full size 4 burner electric range with oven, full size refrigerator, 4 place
dinette set, and the TV. The bathroom and kitchen have linoleum flooring, and the
rest of the unit has new carpeting. All furnishings are in new condition.
Unit 12 is a frame structure built on part
slab and part vented crawl space. Construction is sphalt shingles, masonite siding, and
aluminum combination windows. It has its own electric meter and shares a water well and
septic system with Unit 11.

Unit 11 on left, Unit 12 on right. Swimming pool is about
100 yards to the right.
