Cabin 11
Unit 11 is the house, Unit 12 is the smaller building
Unit 11 is a remodeled 2
bedroom 1 full bath house. This house, which borders the main resort, was a private
residence purchased for use as a resort rental. It remains on it's own deed. Furnishings
and furniture are all a year old.
Unit 11, the house, and Unit 12, the smaller
building, share this property. The arrangement between the two buildings has been popular
with small groups. The resort swimming pool is about 100 yards away.
All new kitchen appliances
Kitchen appliances are less than a year old
and include an apartment size 4 burner electric range with oven, full size refrigerator
with separate freezer top, double stainless sink, microwave oven, 4 slice bagel toaster, a
10 cup coffeemaker, a 4 place dinette set, and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom is a full bath with shower tub.
There is linoleum flooring in the kitchen/dining area, and bathroom. Carpeting in the
living room and hallway is a year old. The bedrooms have finished original hardwood
floors.
Bedroom 2, bedroom 1 is similar
Unit 11 sleeps up to 6 persons. The first
bedroom has 1 queen bed with a new pillow top mattress, a dresser, and ceiling fan. The
second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a dresser, reach-in closet, and ceiling fan. The living
room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
Unit 11 has new carpeting, new furniture, and new furnishings
The living room has a working wood burning
fireplace which is not used. The large grass and tree back yard is accessible from a door
in the living room.
This is a frame house built on a vented crawl
space. Asphalt singles, masonite siding, and aluminum combination windows comprise the
exterior. Unit 11 and Unit 12 share a water well and septic system. A 500 gallon propane
tank fuels a propane furnace. Central electric air conditioning, and a wall unit AC unit
provide cooling. A storage room has both interior and exterior entrances.
