Unit 10
Sleeping up to 10 persons unit 10 is a recently remodeled three bedroom 1 full bath house.
It was a former private residence close to the resort which was purchased for a resort
rental unit. It remains on it's own deed, which is a smart way to operate. New furniture,
appliances, and furnishings make this clean bright unit a favorite with guests.
The main room is a combination
kitchen/dining/living area. Two bedrooms and the bathroom are immediately off this main
room. A uniquely private room accessed from the porch is the third bedroom. Two covered
porches, a storm cellar, one car finished garage, and a partial basement are additional
features.

The kitchen has late model appliances including a full size
four burner electric range with oven, a full size refrigerator with separate freezer top,
built-in microwave, double stainless sink, a small island, 12 cup drip coffee maker, and a
two-slice toaster. A window over the sink looks out onto the large back yard. A 6-place
dinette set separates the kitchen from the living room.

Large windows fill the room with light and give a pleasant
view of the yard.
Door by fireplace leads to the porch and 3rd bedroom. Door behind the
TV (not open to guests) leads into the finished one-car garage.
The living area has satellite TV
with DVD player, full size queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and a working wood burning
fireplace. The full bath has an electric wall heater, tiled walls, and linoleum flooring.

The first bedroom has two twin beds
with newer pillow top mattresses, a reach-in closet, dresser, carpeting, ceiling fan, wood
paneling, and baseboard heat. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed with newer pillow
top mattress, reach-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan, baseboard heat, and wood paneling.
All linens are newer and in very good condition.

Private 3rd bedroom.
The third bedroom has two entrances.
The main entrance is from the covered porch, the second is from the finished garage.
( The garage is not open to guests as it is used for storage. )
This bedroom has 1 queen bed with newer pillow top mattress, a small window unit a/c, wood
paneling, and baseboard heat.

The covered front porch
is approx. 8' x 10', and the covered back porch is approx. 8' X 16'. Both
porches look out over a large grass and hardwood tree lawn. The drive area in front of the
house has plenty of room for trailer parking. The property fronts on a paved county road.
The main resort is 200 yards away out of the photo to the left.
Unit 10 has it's own water well,
it's own septic system, and it's own electric meter. The exterior is asphalt shingle
roofing, aluminum siding, and aluminum combination windows. A partial basement and vented
crawl space grants access to the underside. A storm shelter is under the main entrance
porch.
