Deck
This deck is right in front of the guest laundry. and the bunkhouse. About 30 feet down
the deck walkway is the entrance to the Bunkhouse unit.

Weight Room
The weight room could also be used as a game room or for other uses. While a few guests do
use the weight equipment, exercising while on vacation has not been highly popular with
most Listing #2 Resort guests.

Room
For guest laundry there is one coin operated washer/dryer set. Plumbing and wiring are in
place for another set of machines. There is a clothes folding table along one wall.

Non-Public Rooms
A storage room, a large attic, the resort laundry, resort linen room, and shop are all
part of the activities building used in day to day operations. The store opens into the
storage room, which could be converted into more retail space. A pull down attic access
ladder in the storage room leads to a large attic space used for storage.
Immediately off the storage room is
the resort laundry, which also has an entrance from the front of the building. The resort
laundry includes two heavy duty washer/dryer sets which were purchased new in 2004. The
resort laundry has its own electric hot water tank.
