The 1,170 square foot
owner's home has two bedrooms, one full bath, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen
features easy care cabinets, Jenn-Aire grill top and convection oven, dishwasher,
microwave, GE double door refrigerator with in-door water and ice dispenser, ceiling fan,
white linoleum flooring, and a breakfast bar. All appliances stay with
purchase.

The living room has a
full stone wall with fireplace and a brass/glass insert. The home has central air
and electric baseboard heat. Each room has its own heat control. All electrical outlets
and switches have been replaced. All room lights are on dimmer switches. There's cable and
telephone lines throughout. The house is Tyvek wrapped for better insulation. The
bathroom has a shower tub.

gutters, and central A/C are in good working condition. A fenced private back yard
and covered patio not visible from the rest of the resort is accessible from the living
room.
