At the center of the resort is the swimming pool,
pavilion, game room, yard games, and playground.

Swimming Pool
The 20' x 40' cement in-ground, lighted, fenced-in swimming
pool is in the center of the play area. The pool is well maintained and easy to operate.
The pump, filter, chlorinator system, and bottom vacuum are all in excellent condition.
The deck around the pool, the pool's cement surface, and underwater paint are in excellent
condition. "Tusk" the 8' high elephant fountain is extremely popular with
young children.
The game room
Game Room
The game room, built in 2007, is a 20' x 28' frame on slab structure. It does not
currently have a bathroom but pipes for one were built into the slab. A ceiling fan and a
wall unit air conditioner/heater provide heating and cooling. Games include an electronic
dart board, foosball table, and a pool table with over lights. Two sofas, and a
coffee table comprise the TV watching area. The TV set includes a Play Station and DVD
player.

Pavilion
The pavilion is right next to the pool, game room, and playground. Adults play cards,
visit, and have cook-outs together while children swim and play within easy watching
distance. Because there are no mosquitoes guests can enjoy the illuminated pavilion after
dark.

Playground
The children's playground includes a slide, swings, and climbing gym. Adults enjoy a
horseshoe pit, badminton, and volleyball in the same area.
