Bunkhouse
The Bunkhouse rents well. It is popular with families and men
fishing together. This room used to be the recreation and meeting room for the resort,
which is why it has a larger than normal kitchen for a rental unit. An open ceiling with
car siding paneling creates a roomy feel. Walls are durable panneling, the cement floor is
easy to keep clean.

The Bunkhouse has one large room serving as the
sleeping/living area, a large full kitchen, and a 3/4 bath. Beds include 1 twin bed, 1
queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa for a maximum sleeping capacity of five people. The
queen bed has a new pillow top mattress and linens, all other bed mattresses and
linens are in good condition.

Climate control is electric baseboard hear, a new wall unit
ac unit, and two ceiling paddle fans. The wood-burning Franklin stove is in good working
condition. The TV is connected to the operation's digital satellite TV system.

The kitchen includes a double stainless sink, a full size
four burner electric range with oven, a full size refrigerator with separate freezer top,
dishwasher, microwave oven, and several cabinets. Furnishings include all tableware and
cookware, and a toaster.
The bathroom has a shower stall. A 49 gallon electric water
heater serves the Bunkhouse and the guest laundry next door.
A four place wood dinette set sits next to the kitchen
serving window. The Bunkhouse has a partial lake view from the window near the dinette
set.
